Susie was stellar on every level. My property was not an easy sell and she had it under contract in less than a month amid the corona crisis. She left no stone unturned. Service was amazing. She even spot cleaned my house due to corona I was unable to get someone and I had already relocated. Online presentation was excellent. Settlement went smooth and seamless. Communication from start to end was stellar as well.

We have been working with Susie Bogan for a number of years. We missed out on a property in Pelican Marsh. Susie kindly videotaped a few units for us to see. She has really gone above and beyond for us. We live in Toronto Canada. She did tell me she would find us a home, and she was right. She found us the perfect condo, after taking all our requirements into consideration. It has taken us a number of years to get there, and she never gave up. She has been a fountain of useful information for us. A truly amazing agent. Lovely to work with. Gives 110%. I would definitely recommend her in a heartbeat.
